  • 3 to 7 lb. pork roast
  • 1 lb. pinto beans
  • 2 pods garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin seed
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 small can green chiles
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

    Cover meat with water.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Place on low heat for 6 hours.

    Add water, if needed.

    Should stay quite full.

    Uncover after 6 hours and cook at 350° for 1 hour.
