- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 pkg. Williams chili mix
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 small jar picante sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven or crock-pot.

2Add just enough water to cover beans.

3Cook very slowly all day.

4One to 2 hours before serving, remove meat and shred; return to pot.

5Serve over chips (tortilla) with lettuce, tomatoes, green onion, cheese and sour cream.
