  • 2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 cans cream chicken soup
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 4 oz. can chopped black olives
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10 large flour tortillas

Directions

    Cook chicken. Cool and chop. Mix sour cream, soup, black olives, chilies, onion and half of both of the cheeses. Add chicken. Wrap mixture in each tortilla, saving some mixture to cover tortillas once arranged in casserole dish. Arrange in dish and cover with remaining mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 of the cheeses. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Freezes well. Makes 10 servings.
