  • 3/4 t - instant dry yeast
  • 1 3/4 t - salt
  • Sauce
  • 1 - 28oz can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 t - salt
  • 2 T - Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 T - Dried oregano
  • Toppings
  • 1 pound - shredded mozzarella or other cheese that melts well
  • Uncooked chorizo
  • Any pizza toppings of your choice
