  • 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 c. club soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 jar red maraschino cherries
  • 1 jar green maraschino cherries
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
