  • 7 fifths Sauterne, chilled
  • 5 qt. club soda, chilled
  • 1 pt. strawberries

    Fill punch bowl with 1 fifth each of champagne and Sauterne and 3/4 quart of soda.

    For an attractive garnish, float whole strawberries with hulls.

    Refill bowls as needed with the same proportions.
