  • 2 each green chili peppers
  • 2 each celery stalks large
  • 2 each garlic cloves
  • 1 each jalapeno pepper fresh
  • 8 pounds beef chuck lean, coarsely ground
  • 7 ounces green chili peppers diced
  • 28 ounces tomatoes stewed
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 6 ounces chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1 x red hot pepper sauce
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 12 ounces water
  • 3 each bay leaves
  • 1 x garlic

Directions

    Dice and saute the first five ingredients.

    Add the meat and brown it.

    Add the remaining ingredients, including half the beer (Annie sez to drink the remainder!

    Add water just to cover the top of the mixture.

    Cook about 3 hours on low heat, stirring often.
