- 6 large potatoes, peeled, cooked and drained
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
- dash of salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 c. xx cream, whipped
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- paprika
Directions

1In mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat potatoes, milk and butter until smooth.

2Blend in salt and pepper.

3Pour into greased casserole dish.

4Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with cheese and paprika.

5Bake at 350° until lightly browned.
