  • 6 large potatoes, peeled, cooked and drained
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
  • dash of salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 c. xx cream, whipped
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • paprika

Directions

    In mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat potatoes, milk and butter until smooth.

    Blend in salt and pepper.

    Pour into greased casserole dish.

    Cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with cheese and paprika.

    Bake at 350° until lightly browned.
