  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 2/3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
