- 12 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 13 cup white corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 12 tablespoons butter
- 23 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1Put everything except nuts and vanilla in heavy iron skillet and bring slowly to rolling boil,stirring constantly.

2When whole surface is boiling,cook 2 minutes.

3Remove immediately from heat.

4Add vanilla and nuts.

5Cool to luke warm.

6Beat until thick and creamy.
