  • 2 unsweetened chocolate squares
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 13 cup white corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 12 tablespoons butter
  • 23 cup chopped pecans

Directions

    Put everything except nuts and vanilla in heavy iron skillet and bring slowly to rolling boil,stirring constantly.

    When whole surface is boiling,cook 2 minutes.

    Remove immediately from heat.

    Add vanilla and nuts.

    Cool to luke warm.

    Beat until thick and creamy.
