- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons curry paste
- 75 g sesame seeds
- 6 tablespoons oil

Directions

1Blitz the chickpeas, garlic, breadcrumbs, herbs, sesame oil, soy sauce, and curry paste in a food processor (or use a hand held blender).

2Dampen your hands and shape the mixture into balls slightly larger than a 2 coin. Roll in the sesame seeds and press slightly.

3Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the falafel for 2-3 minutes on each side.
