Cheddar Beer Rolls

  • 4 cups Baking Mix
  • 1-1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 12 ounces, fluid Light Beer
  • 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a muffin pan.

    In a large bowl, combine baking mix, cheddar, parmesan and sugar and mix well. Add beer and melted butter, stirring well to combine.

    Spoon batter into muffin cups and brush the tops with the egg. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

    (I've also made these into mini muffins for a company potluck and they were a hit!)
