- 4 to 8 slices white or wheat bread
- butter
- 3/4 lb. bacon
- 3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 8 eggs
Directions

1Butter 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Remove crusts from bread.

3Butter bread slices and line bottom of pan.

4Fry or microwave bacon; crumble over bread.

5Sprinkle cheese over bacon.

6Mix thoroughly mustard, milk and eggs.

7Pour over bread, bacon and cheese.

8Cover pan and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.

9Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.

10Yields 8 servings.
