  • 3 34 cups reduced fat baking mix
  • 34 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 12 cups skim milk
  • 14 cup egg substitute
  • 14 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a large bowl, combine baking mix cheese.

    Add skim milk, egg substitute and cayenne pepper, stirring for 2 minutes or until blended.

    Spoon into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, coated with cooking spray.
