- 9-inch pie shell
- 3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 eggs
- peeled tomatoes
Directions

1Bake pie shell.

2Heat oven to 325°.

3Heat cheese, onion, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce over low heat, stirring until cheese is melted.

4Remove from heat.

5In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.

6Gradually add cheese mixture and continue beating until smooth.

7Pour into baked pie shell.

8Bake 25 minutes or until filling is just set.
