- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 c. flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 48 small green olives stuffed with pimentos
Directions

1Blend cheese with butter.

2Add sifted flour, salt and paprika; mix well.

3Mold 1 teaspoon of dough around each olive to cover.

4At this point, you may refrigerate or freeze cheese puffs for up to 10 days.

5Bake puffs at 400° for 15 minutes.

6Serve hot.
