- 4 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- pinch of sugar and nutmeg
- dash of red pepper
- dash of paprika
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; crumble.

2Drain and reserve drippings. Cook onion in drippings until transparent.

3Combine milk, eggs, 1/4 cup cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, sugar, nutmeg and red pepper in mixing bowl.

4Stir in bacon and onion.

5Pour into pie shell land sprinkle with remaining cheese, then with paprika. Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes.
