  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese

    In a saucepan melt margarine.

    Stir in flour and salt.

    Add milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

    Cook and stir for one minute more.
