- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 2 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese

1In a saucepan melt margarine.

3Add milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

4Cook and stir for one minute more.

5Add cheese, stir until melted.
