  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. beer
  • 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a covered pan and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
