- 4 good-sized pieces chicken cutlet
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's)
- 1 bag (large) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. mayo
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 lb. broccoli or asparagus
Directions

1Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and saute in oil until the chicken turns white.

2Remove from pan and drain on paper towel.

3Cook broccoli or asparagus.

4In mixing bowl, blend soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder.

5In bottom of loaf pan, place broccoli or asparagus on top of vegetables.

6Arrange chicken to cover vegetables and chicken.

7Top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake in 350° oven for about 35 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
