- 1 c. packaged precooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed *
- 4 to 6 slices or 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. finely crushed rich round crackers
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Directions

1Prepare rice following package directions, adding the minced onion to the boiling water.

2Fluff cooked rice and spread in greased 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.

3Sprinkle with peas; arrange chicken over rice and peas.

4Blend milk into soup and pour evenly over the chicken.

5Top with cracker crumbs combined with melted butter.

6Bake in 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

7Makes 4 to 6 servings.
