- 12 lb boneless skinless chicken breast half, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Spray large saucepan with cooking spray.

2Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until cooked through.
