- 2 cups Water
- 2 cups Diced Potatoes
- 1/2 cups Carrots, Diced
- 1/2 cups Celery, Diced
- 1/4 cups Onion, Chopped Small
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/4 cups Butter Or Margarine
- 1/4 cups Flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1 cup Ham, cubed
Directions

1Combine water, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper in a large kettle. Boil for 12-15 minutes or until tender. Do not drain. Meanwhile, make the white sauce by melting butter in saucepan. Add flour, stir until smooth. Slowly add milk; cook until thickened. Add grated cheese to sauce; stir until melted. Add sauce and ham to vegetables that are not drained. Heat through.
