- 2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn bread/muffin mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a bowl, combine the corn bread mix, eggs, milk and yogurt until blended.

2Stir in corn and cheese.

3Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Bake at 400° for 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

5Cut into squares.

6Serve warm.

7Yield: 12 servings.
