Cheddar Fish Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. mayonnaise (lo-fat)
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. sherry extract
  • 2 oz. lo-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 oz. part-skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 12 oz. cooked, flaky fish (scrod, haddock, orange roughy or crab meat)

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except fish.

    Mix well.

    Stir in fish.

    Place mixture in 1-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

    Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
