Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. mayonnaise (lo-fat)
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. sherry extract
- 2 oz. lo-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 oz. part-skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 12 oz. cooked, flaky fish (scrod, haddock, orange roughy or crab meat)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except fish.

3Mix well.

4Stir in fish.

5Place mixture in 1-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

6Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
