Cheddar Fish Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 or 8 pieces fish, cut into serving size pieces
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 3/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. seasoned croutons
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Place fish in bottom of casserole. Mix all other ingredients together, reserving 1/3 cup of cheese for top.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Uncover and bake until cheese bubbles.
