- 4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 tsp. Italian seasons
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) fancy shredded Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
- 1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos, drained
Directions

1In a large bowl combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, herbs, garlic and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt; stir in hot water.

2Beat 2 minutes at medium speed (scrape bowl occasionally).

3Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes with spoon.

4Stir in 1 cup cheese and enough additional flour to make a soft dough.

5Cover and let rest 20 minutes.
