- 2 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cut butter into flour; add other dry ingredients.

2Add milk to dry mixture, combining well to form a stiff, sticky dough. Stir in cheese.

3Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full or drop onto cookie sheet.

4Bake in preheated oven at 400° for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

5Brush tops with additional melted butter.
