  • 1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/3 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • dash of pepper
  • 3 c. stiff, seasoned mashed potatoes

    In 1 1/2-quart dish, combine soup, sour cream, onion and pepper.

    Stir in potatoes until blended.

    Bake at 350° for 3 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

    Garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced green onion, if desired.
