- 1 cup milk
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 large potatoes, peeled & shredded
- 34 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a small bowl, combine the milk, butter or margarine, onion flakes, salt and pepper.

3Add the potatoes and cheese, then mix well.

4Spread mixture in a greased 13 x 19 baking dish.

5Bake for one hour, or until bubbly and golden brown.
