Cheddar Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 slices bacon, fried crisply
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Cook spinach and drain well on paper towel.

    Toss Cheddar cheese with flour.
  3. 3
    Add spinach, milk, eggs, bacon and seasonings. Mix well.

    Pour into pastry shell and bake for 1 hour at 350°. Garnish with additional bacon, if desired.

    (I usually double the bacon.)
