- 1 1/2 lb. broccoli
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese powder or shredded skim milk cheese
Directions

1Wash and trim broccoli; split heavy stalks.

2Place water and salt in saucepan; bring to boiling point.

3Add broccoli; cover and bring to a boil again.

4Reduce heat; cook for 10 to 20 minutes or until tender and all liquid is absorbed.

5Remove from heat; add cheese.

6Toss lightly; serve.

7Makes 6 servings.
