- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 2 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 medium red pepper, stem removed, sliced
- 4 fresh chopped spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 medium banana
- 8 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 8 fl oz (1 Cup) drinking water
Directions

1Drizzle olive oil over tortilla.

2Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.

3Arrange cheese slices to cover most of tortilla.

4Top with tomatoes, peppers, spinach and sprouts; roll and eat.
