Cheese And Bacon Rolls

- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 very small onion
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 15 cooked crepes
- 1/4 stick melted butter
Directions

1Put cheese, cooked bacon and onion through food grinder (processor).

2Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise.

3Form cheese mixture into 5 rolls about 1/2-inch in diameter x 6 1/2-inches long.

4Cut each roll into 3 equal pieces. Place one piece of cheese mixture in center of each cooked crepe. Roll up crepes and cheese.

5Just before serving, place in broiler pan.

6Brush with butter and broil until bubbly.

7Cut each crepe in 4 crosswise pieces.

8Serve warm.
