Ingredients
- 3/4 tsp. active dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
- 2 1/2 c. unbleached flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- tub style safflower margarine
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in the cup of warm water.

2In a bowl, combine flour and salt.

3Add dissolved yeast.

4Knead by hand until smooth. (If dough is sticky, gradually add up to 1/2 cup flour.)

5Place in a bowl greased with safflower margarine.

6Turn dough once to coat.

7Cover and let rise in a warm place 1 1/2 hours or until double in size.
