- 2 cups water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 10 12 ounces frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup white rice
- 12 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a 3-quart saucepan, bring the water, bouillon cubes, and spinach to a boil.

2Add the rice to the saucepan.

3Lower the heat to a simmer and cover the pot.

4Cook for as long as the rice package instuctions state.

5Take the pot off the heat.

6Let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes.

7Stir the rice and spinach with a wooden spoon.

8Add the cheese.

9Stir until the cheese melts and the mixture is well blended.

10Serve immediately.
