Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. softened butter
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Cream butter and blend in cheese.

2Add flour and seasonings and mix well.

3Roll into 3/4-inch balls.

4If dough is too sticky to handle, chill for several hours.

5Place balls on greased cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart and wrap in foil.

6Freeze.

7Thaw and bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes.

8Makes 4 dozen.
