- 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. stuffed green olives
- 1 (4 oz.) can (1/2 c.) mushrooms, drained
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Separate crescent rolls into 2 rectangles.

2Put into 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Press over bottom and 1/2-inch up sides.

4Seal perforations.

5Sprinkle cheeses over dough.

6Combine egg, onion, milk, olives and mushrooms.

7Pour over cheeses.

8Sprinkle with bacon and parsley.

9Bake at 375° for 22 to 28 minutes.
