  • 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. stuffed green olives
  • 1 (4 oz.) can (1/2 c.) mushrooms, drained
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes

    Separate crescent rolls into 2 rectangles.

    Put into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Press over bottom and 1/2-inch up sides.

    Seal perforations.

    Sprinkle cheeses over dough.

    Combine egg, onion, milk, olives and mushrooms.

    Pour over cheeses.

    Sprinkle with bacon and parsley.

    Bake at 375° for 22 to 28 minutes.
