- 1 lb. fish fillets (perch, haddock, blue hake)
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream or milk

1Drain fillets on paper toweling.

2Arrange in single layer in buttered, 2-quart, shallow baking pan.

3Combine soup, sour cream and 1 cup cheese in saucepan; heat on low heat until cheese melts. Spread over fillets.
