- 2 1/2 lb. haddock
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 slices dry white bread
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Lightly grease a large shallow baking dish.

3Place fish in baking dish.

4Pour lemon juice over fish and sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme.

5Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes.
