  • 2 1/2 lb. haddock
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3 slices dry white bread
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
