Cheese Ball

- 5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. Accent salt
- 1 large bunch small green onions
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. deli-style ham
Directions

1Set cream cheese out so that it will reach the soft stage. Take green onions and chop them up very fine (I use a chopper). Set them aside.

2Take ham out and chop it up very fine also.

3(I use a chopper on this also.)

4Set aside in 2 parts.

5When cream cheese is soft, put in large bowl.

6Add Accent salt and mix together.

7Add green onions and part of ham and mix this together. Separate this in 2 equal parts, then make a large ball out of each part.

8Set this aside and get the remaining part of ham, spread this out on wax paper or foil.

9Take one of the balls and roll until covered with ham, then do the other one.

10Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

11Best if left overnight.

12You can also roll balls in pecans instead.
