  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cold pack cheese food
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. chopped pimento
  • 2 tsp. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Set cold pack cheese food and cream cheese out to soften.

    Mix all ingredients except pecans.

    Form into a ball and roll in pecans.

    Chill.
