Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. chopped peppers (red, green or both)
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • chopped red or green peppers or red or green cherries for garnish

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, peppers, pineapple, onion and salt.

    Roll into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.

    Garnish with peppers or cherries.

    (If you wish to freeze, cover with plastic wrap.) Uncover to thaw on rack so it will not get soggy.

    Serve on any kind of crackers.
