  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 small or 1 medium crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 1/2 c. sugar (may add more)
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • hot sauce to taste
  • chili powder to taste
  • pecans

Directions

    Mix cream cheese and sugar, then add pineapple.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Place in refrigerator to get cold.

    Mold in mound. Roll or sprinkle with pecans.
