Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. apple juice
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

    Have all ingredients at room temperature.

    Mix all together except nuts with wooden spoon.

    Store in airtight container in refrigerator; keeps well or mold into football or basketball and roll in chopped nuts.

    Serve with fancy crackers or Melba Toast.
