Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • toasted butter crackers

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well, except pecans and crackers.

    Let set in refrigerator about 2 days in plastic bowl.

    Take out.

    Roll into ball.

    Roll into pecans.
  6. 6
    Serve with toasted butter crackers.
