  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked chipped beef
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • dried onions, dried parsley flakes and shredded Cheddar cheese as desired
  • fresh parsley leaves

Directions

    Let cheese soften; shred beef.

    Mix all ingredients and mold into ball.

    Wrap in plastic.

    When firm, roll in parsley.
