  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 10 oz. stick Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • dash of salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 tsp. chopped green pepper

Directions

    Combine cheeses after grating Cheddar cheese.

    Mix well all other ingredients and form into a ball.

    Roll ball in mixture of pecans and parsley on wax paper.

    Chill.

    Serve at room temperature.
