- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 10 oz. stick Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. parsley
- dash of salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 tsp. chopped green pepper
Directions

1Combine cheeses after grating Cheddar cheese.

2Mix well all other ingredients and form into a ball.

3Roll ball in mixture of pecans and parsley on wax paper.

4Chill.

5Serve at room temperature.
