- 1/2 lb. sharp Kraft Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. mild Kraft Cheddar cheese
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, creamed with mixer
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. pecans
- parsley flakes (just to color)
Directions

1Grate sharp and mild Cheddar cheeses; set at room temperature until soft.

2To cream cheese, add the Tabasco, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce; mix.

3Combine mild and sharp cheeses with cream cheese mixture; mix well.

4Shape into 2 large balls.

5Crush pecans and parsley flakes; roll cheese balls in this mixture until coated.
