  • 1/2 lb. sharp Kraft Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. mild Kraft Cheddar cheese
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, creamed with mixer
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • parsley flakes (just to color)

Directions

    Grate sharp and mild Cheddar cheeses; set at room temperature until soft.

    To cream cheese, add the Tabasco, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce; mix.

    Combine mild and sharp cheeses with cream cheese mixture; mix well.

    Shape into 2 large balls.

    Crush pecans and parsley flakes; roll cheese balls in this mixture until coated.
