  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Drain pineapple.

    Mix cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, salt, onion and 1 cup pecans.

    Form in ball; roll in other cup of pecans.

    Refrigerate overnight wrapped in wax paper.

    Serve with crackers.
